I am on the phone (of course I'm on hold) with AT&CRAP DSL. Just double checking there is no hidden cancellation fee.
Their DSL service has gone to the crapper since the switch over from SBC. I have enjoyed DSL since 2000 but now it is consistently losing connection, not keeping connected and when a call comes in it drops connectivity. I've called and pleaded with their tech support to check the line, but alas to no avail.
Dave, from AT&T tells me I have a $99 cancellation fee, but is willing to roll out tech support to CHECK MY LINE. (For free) Like, damn, that's all I've been asking for since January.
