Private Commercial Spacecrafts

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) - Sometime in the next six years, astronauts bound for the International Space Station may find themselves strapped inside a private commercial spacecraft known as Dragon.

What I found interesting about this article is the shuttles are due to be retired in late 2010 following six more missions to complete construction of the space station, a $100 billion project involving 16 nations. Only $100 billion… nice!

ImageResizer PowerToy for Vista

One of the biggest requests by Vista (and soon to be Window 7) users was for Microsoft to make the Windows XP's PowerToys to the newer operating system, but the company never did. Now, thanks to its open source website, the ImageResizer tool has been reborn.

Right-click on one or more image files in Windows Explorer, choose the option, and quickly resize the selected image(s) without opening an image editor. The newly resized images are created alongside the originals.

A common problem with Outlook is the infamous data file issue that pops up when you launch Outlook and says it must check the data file for constancy because it was not shut down properly.
