Hotmail and Exchange ActiveSync

Today's Microsoft buzz is all about Exchange ActiveSync for your Hotmail account.

Starting today, you can get your email, calendar, and contacts pushed automatically to your phone using Exchange ActiveSync (EAS). EAS keeps everything in sync between your phone and Hotmail, so whatever you do on your phone, like delete an email, add an appointment, or update one of your contacts with a new number, will also be reflected on the web, and vice-versa.


I considered using it for a brief moment, then realized that I would have to delete my current Activesync setup that I use for my phone (currently syncing pictures, files, OneNote, etc). Then I remembered the numerous service interruptions I have been experiencing with Hotmail.

NASA is letting the public chose the final wakeup songs for their space shuttle missions. Listen to and vote on your favorite song from a list of 40 previously played wakeup songs.
