How Much $$ for a Holiday Gift?

A survey conducted by Consumer Reports (if that really matters) suggests if you're going to give a holiday gift, stick with cash, instead of gift cards or food. Here's a handy cheat sheet for ya:

Lunar Eclipse

The totality phase -- when the moon is entirely inside Earth's shadow -- will last a little approximately 72 minutes. Read on...

Digital Camera - Update

It's been a few years since I looked at camera specs or anything in general about a camera. (my blog post)

Obviously I am not a camera person and have a propensity to rely on the cell phone camera for my snaps.

So, just to keep up to date on what's up, here is a current gift guide for the "best camera for every budget". Note* camera's are up to 14.5 megapixels, have HDMI ports, and can shoot HD video (1280 x 720). Nice! Read on...

HP 7210/7310/7410 "New HP Photo Print Cartridge successfully installed" Pop Up

I was out at a clients the other day and every time we printed a page, we would get 3 pop up screens, stating: "New HP Photo Print Cartridge successfully installed" "Genuine HP print cartridge installed", then an OK box. Annoying eh?

Here's how to get rid of it:
Open the registry (regedit)
Go to Hkey_local_machine\software\hewlett-packard\HPDJ printing system config\hpofficejet7400series
Look for hpdjenablestatusclient
Double Click on it
Change the value data from 1 to 0
Click OK
Close regedit
